MU Extension always encourages handcrafted items, as well as, companies who wish to advertise their services (both profit and non-profit); non-profit organizations selling items as a fundraiser; a limited number of individuals or companies selling their services or products (such as: air evac, energy conservation, cable telecommunications, etc.), as well as non-profit and specialty festival food vendors. No sales of mass-produced products.
Booth spaces are 12-feet by 12-feet. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables and chairs. Booths without electric are $30.00. Booths with electric are $35.00. There are a limited number of electric spaces available. They will be allotted by the date the application is received. Please indicate your needs below
- The event time is new this year! It will be 11am to 6pm.
- MU Extension in Carter County reserves the right to refuse an application.
- Fees are nonrefundable unless your application is refused.
- Vendors can set up their booths on Friday evening, May 26th. However, there will be LIMITED security available on Friday night.
I understand and agree that I am applying to participate in the Carter County Spring Festival to be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the University of Missouri-Extension Council. I hereby agree that the University of Missouri-Extension in Carter County or any members of the University of Missouri-Extension in Carter County, or the owners of such property in which the above mentioned festival is to be held, shall NOT be responsible to me for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, including theft or part thereof, and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by me or my products. I agree not to dump any solids or liquid (except clear water) on or around the property. Vendors and guests are to stay off adjoining private property. Violation of these rules may result is refusal of your application is the future.
